Here Are The Three Ways That We Take Payment.

1. GoCardless

It’s easy to set up, you don’t have to be home to ensure you pay for your service, and you get all the protection of a direct debit.

How Does Go Cardless Work

  • To make things as convenient as possible for you, GoCardless is an Automated Direct Debit Payment system.
  • Once your property has been cleaned you will receive an email. 5-7 days later payment will be automatically taken, no action required from you. 
  • It is safe, secure and simple 
  • No personal details are ever shared with any 3rd parties
  • A note for you: Unlike normal direct debits, payment will only be taken after we do the work and you have been emailed. If we don’t clean your windows, no payment will be taken.

Get Started

  • Click the GoCardless Button
  • Fill out the secure form
  • After receiving an email after each window clean, your payment will be collected within 5-7 days

2. BACS payment

If you are reluctant to use GoCardless, we do offer bank transfer. We do however ask for payment to be made no later than 7 days after the clean. You will get a text reminder 3 days after your clean. If payment is not made within 7 days, on more than one occasion, you may be asked to change to GoCardless before any further cleans are performed.

3. Card payment

We also offer card payment, via card reader on the day of your clean if you are at home at the time of the clean.
